Can I use the service for a one-time trial?

Yes. For the first time, we offer a 3-hour course at a trial price because we know you might feel uneasy. For details, please check our web.

Do I know the fee in advance?

Fees, including transportation expenses, are notified at least one day in advance.

What kind of housekeeping services are provided?

Our priority is to keep an eye on your child at all times to prevent accidents and injuries. Therefore, housework is only performed while the child is asleep or when family is at home. Since what needs to be done may vary depending on the day, please discuss with our staff. Requests can also be made prior to the start of service. Please note we are not professional cleaners and cannot perform detailed cleaning of plumbing or climbing up to high places.

Can I extend an extra hour on the same day of service?

Yes. If wishing so, please talk to our staff. Our staff will contact me on the same day to allow for the extension. In such cases, the additional charge will be the stipulated one-hour rate.

What qualifications and experience does your staff have?

All of our staff members have experience in child care. They were hired after several interviews with representative and gaining their trust, and then underwent our own training. We have also taken babysitting courses required by the local government. Therefore, feel assured that our staff members are equipped with knowledge about child growth, education, and points to keep in mind to avoid accidents, all of which are important in taking care of children.

How can I pay?

Credit card or QR code payment is accepted. Cash is also available but the first time only. For customers who make reservations for more than 3 days in a month, we issue an invoice for the entire month. Make payment by bank transfer by the designated date of the following month.

Can you issue a receipt?

Yes, upon request.

Can I choose the staff?

No. All of our staff are Japanese and have undergone our own training and experienced in childcare.

Can you visit when my child is sick?

Basically, refuse if the child's temperature is 38.5 degrees Celsius or higher. We may call or e-mail you to ask about your child's condition and determine if a visit is possible. Due to the risk of infecting our staff, an additional 500 yen per hour is added to the hourly fee for service during high fever. If your child gets a fever during the visit, our staff is responsible for taking care of him/her until handing him/her over to family.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No cancellation fee applies until 6:00 p.m. the day before the reserved date. If cancelled on the day of the reservation, 100% of the total fee is charged.
