Making child-rearing in Japan more comfortable!
We support to make your family smile.
Hello, this is Eiko Kitamura, the representative of Mommy Bless.
We, Mommy Bless, have been providing home-visit Postpartum Care and Babysitting for foreign mothers and fathers living in Japan.
I also have two children, Age 15 and 9 years old. Since the birth of my children, I have been especially impressed by their brilliant eyes, curiosity, and honesty (not only my own children). Once child-rearing was over, it was my long-time desire to make a job where I could interact with children as a lifework. Now they are growing up, finally able to start this service, which is a dream come true!
Raising children in Japan may often cause anxiety due to language and cultural differences. We are here to help create an environment where mothers and fathers can raise their children with peace of mind.
We are more than just babysitters. While carefully monitoring your child's growth, providing an enjoyable environment for learning. By teaching them concepts such as colors, numbers, and letters through play, and reading picture books, we foster a rich sense of their sensitivity.
Moreover, stay close to moms and dads and answer any questions or concerns they may have about child-rearing in Japan. Helping reduce your burden as much as possible so that you can raise your children happily.
Raising a child in a new environment is full of challenges, but can also be a remarkable experiences. Join us and enjoy this invaluable parenting time together. We will wholeheartedly assist you in raising your child happily.
※1 Certified Childminders by the New Child Care Association are those who consider "what we can do for the bright future of children" and practice "high-quality childcare respecting individuality of each child" in the concept of "childcare”. This is the first childminder in Japan to introduce the childcare concept of "small-group childcare with an emphasis on family-like warmth" to pre-school childcare in Japan, which until now had only been offered in the form of group childcare.
Childminders are caregivers who love and nurture each child with great care, and practice childcare that promotes the healthy growth and development of the child's mind and body. Our basic philosophy is to provide a childcare environment that nurtures each child's mind and ability in abundance, and to support the child's progress toward becoming a well-rounded person who can be independent in society and achieve self-fulfillment.

Chinese-friendly support, with cultural understanding.
I am a mother of two children with a significant age gap.
After having my first child, I went through a period of uncertainty and worry as I struggled to conceive again. I was fortunate to eventually welcome my second baby, but caring for a newborn after many years felt almost like experiencing everything for the first time—night feedings, holding and soothing, putting the baby to sleep, and preparing baby food.
Even in the challenging moments, the warmth, sweetness, and small daily milestones of my baby reminded me of the joy of raising a little one again. Through this experience, I realized once more just how much I truly love babies and young children.
During my student years, I studied abroad in Beijing and later worked at a hotel in the city, which allows me to communicate comfortably in Chinese.
Beyond language, I understand Chinese culture and lifestyle, and I strive to support Chinese mothers who may feel anxious about giving birth and raising children in Japan.
I have also worked as a private tutor, which has helped me develop the ability to understand children’s emotions and communicate in ways that suit their age and level of understanding. I value gentle, clear, and supportive interactions with every child.

Mom of three with global experience—support for parents and kids.
As a mother of three, I provide attentive and personalized care based on real parenting experience, supporting children in their daily routines and at each stage of development.
My study-abroad experiences, backpacking travels, art studies in Australia, and several years living in the Philippines have shaped my flexible mindset and deep appreciation for diverse cultures and values.
In Japan, I have operated a chalk-art school for both children and adults, encouraging creative expression and communication that respects each person’s individuality.
I have also volunteered in educational support programs, offering guidance tailored to each child’s level of understanding and unique personality.
Living in various regions due to frequent relocations has allowed me to meet many families, schools, and communities. These experiences help me understand children who feel anxious about changes in their environment, as well as families who have recently moved to Japan.
With warm and thoughtful communication, I aim to be someone both children and parents can feel safe and comfortable with.
